Cookbooks by Gregory R. Gillespie
Cooking, and specifically baking has always been a feature of my
life. When in the bakery, or other baking facilities I have owned, I
have always been willing to try something new, something different.
While the Casserole Recipes and Pumpkin Recipes represent the
traditional, the Cookies and the Miniature Cups represent the way I
like to bake. I like to try new things, try the things which people
think are crazy. To give an example of this, making pizza dough with
sour cream and vinegar. The Miniature Cupcakes and Cookies are all
new recipes, I have never put them in print before.
Casserole Recipe

By Gregg R. Gillespie. A
casserole is a sure fire way to prepare a whole meal, but only
in one dish. A casserole can also be called a c o m p l e t e
recipe, prepared and baked in a single dish. A casserole can
be outstanding for preparing a meal ahead of time. It can
also be great for preparing a meal for six or eight, and
having left-over’s for the next night or a night in the future.
The joy of a casserole comes with the blending of flavor
which can heighten one enjoyment of a meal. And
remember a casserole isn’t for the family, they can be used
for guests. The books details 800 recipes that are sure to
please.

Miniature Cupcakes.

by Gregg R. Gillespie. When I
started to put create this collection of recipes I was very much
surprised to learn how many people enjoy cupcakes. And
contrary to what one might think; it isn’t always the children
who reach for the cupcakes first. Every recipe in this
collection is newly created by me in my kitchen at home.
They are here to enjoy and to share with other. By the way
that is another good aspect of the Miniature Cupcakes. If you
are going to take some to a school, a church, or some other
organization, they you will appear to take twice the number
expected.

Outrageous Cookies.

By Gregg R. Gillespie. The
name of this book may sound strange, but no more so than the
names of the cookies on the inside. Because these recipes are
so new, and strange, I have chosen to stay away from the
usual names given to cookies. When creating these unusual
recipes, I kept with one criteria: every cookie must come
under the definition of a cookie. It must be made with flour,
sugar, butter or shortening, and possibly egg. All of the
flavoring ingredients were added to prove, anything can be
made into a cookie, anything that is with few exceptions.
